Saint Vincent de Paul Charity – Cambodia
&

we serve vulnerable individuals and families regardless of nationality, background, or faith.
WHO ARE WE
Saint Vincent de Paul Charity Cambodia is a Catholic charitable organization established in January 2004, operating under St. Joseph Catholic Church in Phnom Penh cambodia.
Saint Vincent de Paul Charity – Cambodia

Our assistance is needs-based and flexible.
We respond where help is most urgently
required, regardless of nationality,
legal status, or background.
In the decades since, Cambodia has made significant progress. However, many people still face poverty, displacement, limited access to healthcare and education, and vulnerability to exploitation and trafficking. Migrants, children, the sick, and those without family support are often the most affected.
It is within this context that Cambodia remains a place where compassionate, community-based support is essential. Saint Vincent de Paul Charity Cambodia works at the local level to respond to urgent needs while accompanying individuals and families with care, dignity, and hope as they rebuild their lives.
Context & Why Our Work Matters
Saint Vincent de Paul Charity serves the poor and vulnerable through direct, practical assistance rooted in compassion and dignity. Our mission is to respond to urgent needs while walking alongside individuals and families during moments of crisis, displacement, illness, and hardship.
Cambodia’s recent history has deeply shaped the lives of its people. During the late 1970s, the country endured the devastating Khmer Rouge period, during which millions of lives were lost and families, communities, and social structures were torn apart. The effects of this trauma continue to be felt across generations.
